James Maffie AMST498K Expecting an A Anonymous 12/02/2011	A good class to take if you need one more class. The material is new and interesting, makes you think, and is not too hard to understand. Basically we read articles and then go into class and discuss. The readings are not long and he summarizes them enough so that if you didn't understand, you will. Plus he repeats himself often. But he doesn't write many things down, so it's good to take notes as he speaks. Like I said he repeats himself often enough that you won't miss the important stuff. We read some books too, and he explains the chapters well too. We have three papers, 3-5 pages each. The other part of grades is class participation, so talk.
