Biomechanics

Prerequisite: MATH246, BIOE120, ENES102, BIOE121, and BIOE241; and must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in BIOE371. Restriction: Permission of ENGR-Fischell Department of Bioengineering department. Introduction to the fundamentals of biomechanics including force analysis, mechanics of deformable bodies, stress and strain, multiaxial deformations, stress analysis, and viscoelasticity. Biomechanics of soft and hard tissues.
