Image Signal Processing

An introduction to fundamentals of signal and image processing, including machine learning, and their applications in biomedicine. Students will be introduced to the basic set of skills to analyze biomedical signals and images and convert them into useful diagnostic information. Students will also explore current research in the area of biomedical signal imaging and discuss how those technologies help to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience of conventional medical and diagnosis procedures.
