Paulo Prochno BMGT614 Expecting a B+ Anonymous 05/30/2025	Paulo was an okay professor, but he had high grading expectations and did not explain his grading criteria until after the first few assignments were submitted. He lectured but had no content on his slides, and most of the information was not explained terribly well. We did group discussions in class, which were okay. He took a very long time to grade. He took about 6 weeks to grade our final exams and graded them very strictly. I felt this was inappropriate and unprofessional. It also made it difficult to discuss the grade if you were unhappy because the term was long over. This could have been fine, but we did not receive the criteria for a good grade. We had a group presentation at the end of the term as a final.
Paulo Prochno BMGT614 Anonymous 04/25/2023	His grading is brainless. Discussions are out of 2.5 points (??) but only one person gets a 2.5/2.5. The rest of the class gets between a 2.0 and 2.2. Odds aren't in your favor so you're already gonna start off by having to claw your way back up and if he doesn't like your exam responses, you simply won't get a good grade. He did make class kinda entertaining tho which was nice
