This course will introduce the design thinking process and utilize it as a framework for long-term career development and management. Given the nature of the topic, the course will be highly participatory requiring participants to collaborate closely with their peers, as well as deeply reflective requiring various exercises and "homework" assignments. While our focus will be on social impact, this approach has wide applicability including on career transitions in general and broad conceptualizations of impact.
