Somil Varshney CMSC398T Expecting an A- Anonymous 10/03/2024	First half of the class seems to be primarily focused on design fundamentals with Photoshop mockup being your first major assignment. The class has a lot of annoying writing assignments (with minimum word limit requirements and strict deadlines) where you analyze designs and write about your own design decisions in the first major assignment, and in-class activities that you need to complete for participation grade, but barely get any feedback on. Attendance is 20% of your grade in the class. This class is paced like a bootcamp, with too much busywork for a STIC.
