Abhinav Bhatele CMSC828G Expecting an A Anonymous 05/27/2025	The seminar format doesn’t work really well for this course. First assignment was coding with Triton; it was borderline useless. The second assignment was trivially easy modeling of throughput on a cluster for some bullshit deep learning example. Exam was trivially easy; didn’t even study and pulled an A on it. It’s fine for a doctoral level course, easy enough, but can I say I learned anything terribly useful? No, not really. Abhinav himself is a pretty cool guy; the same can’t be said for the co-instructor.
