COMM301 Expecting an A- Anonymous 02/16/2026 |
Such a nice and caring professor. He had so much energy, which was very much needed for a morning class like the one I had. Lectures could get a little boring at times, but nothing out of the ordinary. He was always great at explaining assignments and what was required of you for them. Assignments were graded quickly, there was a lot of feedback, and there were many opportunities to talk to him after class or during office hours |

He gives you a lot of feedback and advice on assignments, and he’s pretty lenient on grading. I’ve had him as a TA for a few classes, and feel like he does a good job connecting with students. He can be quiet spoken but would always make an effort to guide discussions in my classes. Overall he’s a very chill and kind person/instructor. |

Literally nice, considerate, and always comes into the classroom with energy despite it being early in the morning. He makes sure this class runs on a consistent routine with reading annotations HW assignments before class, in-class discussions with peers, and a simple, straightforward in-class activity assignment. All of the course content is relevant to the COMM301's objective and Dr. Boge genuinely cares about what he teaches as it's super applicable to the world we live in today. Also, I found the projects he assigned to be pretty fun and nothing super draining. All in all, this was one of my favorite courses this semester and Dr. Boge is an awesome lecturer. |
