Lamia Zia COMM449A Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/16/2025	Dr. Z was super nice, but I honestly wish that I learned more. The COMM449A course was super easy and barely had any work which was nice, but I left the course feeling like I didn't really learn much at all. Dr. Z was super lenient and caring and sweet, but I also felt like she didn't actually know that much about AI. We had many guest speakers which was cool. Everyone skipped all the time and I think class was cancelled at least 4 times. There were some assignments like making an AI podcast, trying to become friends with an AI, and making an AI generated video at the end of the semester. I think this course has a lot of potential, but I wish that Dr. Z showed some more expertise in the course and had a clear and detailed plan for what we should learn since it kind of felt like each class was planned the night before. As a person Dr. Z is a gem, as a professor I wish she had some more organization and focused on us learning more.
