Oliver Schlake CPBE240 Expecting an A Anonymous 05/30/2025	Was one of the BSE warriors that completed the program, overall I think it was worth going through everything. Very biased cause I made a lot of good friends that made the program so worth it. Just trust and put up with Schlake, great program to make friends over the bonded hatred and confusion of class. BMGT161: I thought was fun but the exams were kinda just random. Very easy and relaxed class, I really liked the assignments, was playing with legos for one. Got A- mainly cause of the exam. CPBE100: colloquium I know has changed to be both semesters but just do the work on time in my experience and you'll be fine. The outdoor wildlife experience was very random but a fun college experience! Hershey park trip was also goated, assignment kinda stupid but free hershey park trip! He just yaps during actual lecture dont remember much tbh. Got A BMGT110: final exam for me in 2024 spring was online so it wasn't terrible, the project was also just kinda thrown together. Talk to him in class, he recognizes faces, not names and I think if he liked me more I would've gotten a better grade cause he kinda grades randomly imo. Got A- i think cause points were taken off of assignments randomly. CPBE225: You are freed from schlake but will include here, loved the class, have to get used to professor. This class was so worth and allowed everyone to actually get to know one another. We took the NYC trip during this semester, SO MUCH FUN. Trip was all paid for, shared hotel room and get own bed, one night, charter bus to and from NYC, visited 2 entrepreneurial comps. Trip made all of BSE worth. CPBE230/40: yeah this was so free. He doesn't even teach the class it's gonna be the program assistant (obi), met like 3 times online during semester, never really knew what we were supposed to be doing, Obi started the zoom 10 minutes late once so im beefing with that, final project was actually so last minute and easy. Easy way to get a credit or few if you sink more time into this, forgot I was even in this class. Overall, Schlake is something else. If you can put up with him for the first year, stick with BSE, you get a medal, some good friends, free trips, it'll be fire. Disclaimer, I did hear the program changed and there's a lot more things to do so my info is outdated.
