Prerequisite: EDCP616. A survey of theory, research and practice of group counseling and psychotherapy, with an introduction to growth groups and the laboratory approach, therapeutic factors in groups, composition of therapeutic groups, problem clients, therapeutic techniques, research methods, theories, ethics and training of group counselors and therapists.
