This course is for scholars and practitioners who work in a global context. Using lectures, dialogue, research, and case studies, we will explore the role of leadership in a global context, particularly when engaging in international development and humanitarian work. The course focuses on working on diverse teams, facilitating projects in a virtual, remote capacity, and leading project implementation.
