Evolving as a Project Leader
Projects are now used by many organizations for the implementation of strategic initiatives. This means that project managers must be able to do more than manage, organize, and control. They must be able to lead the project team and its stakeholders through change. This course explores four themes 1) Leadership theory with an emphasis on servant and situational leadership; 2) Vital leadership skills; 3) Project leadership in traditional and agile projects; and, 4) Developing your leadership skills. Weekly video conference Wednesday 8:00pm - 9:30pm.
