Bridge Structures
Formerly: ENCE751. The design and rating of bridge structures in accordance with the AASHTO WSD, LFD, ALFD, and LRFD specifications. Development of the basic strength and performance requirements as defined within AASHTO, area and various foreign codes. Projects requiring the design, rating and ultimate strength evaluations will be assigned for all of the predominate construction types including: simple and continuous span, straight and horizontally curved, non-composite and composite w and box section superstructure elements.
