one of my favorite gen eds I've taken so far! Professor Montroso did an amazing job teaching this class and made it incredibly interesting. The class assignments were creative, engaging, and it was such a nice break from the rest of my coursework. I especially enjoyed the final project since it was pretty flexible in what idea you could do and very doable. I would definitely recommend taking this class, as it opens you to different perspectives and concepts. |

Professor Montroso made this class super fun and engaging. He's one of the kindest professors I've had at this university, and he brings something unique and new to every semester he teaches this course. He provides really excellent feedback on your assignments, and he delivers it in the form of personal recorded videos for each student. As someone who was always annoyed by the idea of geneds, always wanting to only take classes for my major, I've been pleasantly surprised by ENGL296 with Montroso and am very glad I took it. |

Disregard the other review someone wrote about overwhelming amount of busy work. For a 3 credit class where you don't have to participate and has a very fair grading system, I think the workload is acceptable. I am in the course right now and she is kind and well knowledged, I don't think you can ask much more from a general education class. |

She's convinced that this class is not busy work but in reality it's an overwhelming amount of busy work. She's pretty nice just the workload is unnecessary and gets really annoying |
