John Auchard ENGL432 Expecting an A- Anonymous 04/30/2013	I love Professor Auchard. He is the best English teacher I've had at UMD and I'm going to take his 440 course next semester. He is so insightful and entertaining and it's always something different when you come to class. He name drops so much and has led such an interesting life, but he also has his little quirks. Never forget your books and try to hide your yawns, if you can do that you'll get along wonderfully with him.
John Auchard ENGL432 Expecting an A- histenglstudent 05/31/2011	This was a great class. He is a tough grader, but the work I put in to the class was completely worth it. There are a few reading quizzes (which I usually bombed), two papers, a midterm and a final. This is not a class you can skip and you really have to take good notes, but it is probably the best English class I have taken here at Maryland. Highly recommend this class and Professor Auchard!
