Both this course and Professor Gunnulfsen were amazing! Each week we got to hear from a different professor from the ENST department and we even got to go into some of their labs. This was a great opportunity to learn about all of the research going on within the department and to meet many of the professors. Great opportunity to make connections for future lab positions as well. Prof Gunnulfsen is also great with keeping everyone up to date with what's going on in the college of AGNR. She would share career fairs, events, and opportunities within AGNR which was super helpful! This class was mainly freshmen, but I was older and still got a lot out of it. Super light workload too!

Super chill class, but definitely recommend it. Great for getting exposure to all the things the ENST department is involved with, could even use it as a networking opportunity to try and set up a lab position for the future. Prof. Gunnulfsen recognizes that it's a 1 credit class and the workload is super reasonable, we just had to do a quick reflection each week on the guest speaker, always three questions, I usually didn't write more than a page.

This class is really great to get an introduction to environmental fields, and I like the way she structured it to hear from so many people. She did not do much teaching herself, mostly just announcements at the beginning of class and grading, but the class itself was good.
