Special Topics in Documentary, Animation, Experimental Cinema, and Other Media; The Essay Form Across Media
The course will explore the history and the theory of the essay form in literature, photography, graphic art, film, video, digital media, and installation art. Students will dedicate part of the course to producing their own essays in the medium of their choice.
