Expecting an A+

I mean, if you want an A you'll get an A, but I feel like I could have learned a lot more than I did in this class. He just kind of rambles for 75 minutes, there's no structure or flow, and the syllabus is minimal. A majority of the class -- like, 2+ months -- were focused on student presentations. We'd get to class, and students would give 20-minute presentations on a topic of their choice, and that was it. I didn't like that he was having students teach the class, since that isn't what I'd signed up for. Giving the presentation wasn't much fun either, they keep you up there for 15-20 minutes after while they critique it in front of the whole class. The final is a 10-12 page paper about the same topic which was kind of a pain but those are the only two assignments of the semester so I wasn't too bothered. Vladimir is a nice guy, but I just needed something with a little more consistency. I think there are some people who this class style would really work for, but I was not one of them.
