Julie Greene HIST408A Expecting an A+ Anonymous 05/19/2025	Prof Greene is amazing! She was really supportive throughout the class for working out ideas, and she's an expert in the Panama Canal, so you get to work with a great resource to research it further. She helped with every step from research to writing to citations, and gives lots of little tips to refine your work and asks questions to make you think more about your research topic. Greene also was a surprisingly easy grader- do your research, write clearly, put effort into your work and you'll be rewarded. She wants her students to do well, and was very encouraging and easy to talk to and ask for help. If you have the chance to do 408 with her, I highly recommend it. I was nervous coming in but she was just the best and made it all very manageable.
