Dennis Frezzo INST388F Expecting an A+ Anonymous 02/26/2026	Dr Frezzo is a great guy and basically just gives you an A+ if you do all the work on time. The class was pretty interesting and taught some useful skills like soldering and basic microcontroller functions. Definitely one of the best of these maker movement classes that are required for CPDJ.
Dennis Frezzo INST388F Expecting an A Anonymous 10/20/2025	I took this class for a credit for my scholar's program, but I actually found it very interesting and rewarding. Some of the earlier labs felt a little bit silly- we spent one of the seven weeks on snap circuits. However I think with every student coming in with a different level of experience in electronics it's difficult to run a course that actively engages and challenges each student. Dr. Frezzo did a very good job of going over the basics of the theory of what we were working on before moving on to hardware. I highly recommend taking this class with Dr. Frezzo if you are interested in Electronics and want to learn how to use a rasberry pi, arduino, breadboard, and soldering iron.
