Seminar in Research Problems; Synthesizing Quantitative Methods and Analytics with Social Media Behavior and Audience Engagement

Prerequisite: JOUR775 or an introductory quantitative methods course; and permission of instructor (ryaros@umd.edu). Current audience metrics are collected and analyzed using analytical tools and methods to correlate effects of content and social networks with audience behaviors and perceptions. A theoretical digital engagement model is applied to design and produce new research for presentation/publication.
