Carolina Napp-Avelli MATH315 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/27/2025	I liked Carolina as a person, but wasn't a big fan of her as a professor. As a person who will not be teaching middle school math, I found this course to be difficult. Not because I did not understand the material, but because I struggled with her methods of teaching. She is very passionate about math, and it can come off as off-putting and excessive. She lets you bring all of your notes to exams, which is great. I found it easier to collect all the work we did throughout the course and compile it into one document than to write specific notes on things. Her desire to get everyone to participate can come off as pushy and aggressive at times as well. Again, Carolina is such a sweet person, but I am not a big fan of her teaching style.
