Global Classroom: Risk Based Approach to Ensure Global Food Safety and Security
Students will have the opportunity to collaborate with Cairo University and the Agriculture Research Center in Egypt to explore the current status and challenges of global food safety and security. This is a Global Classrooms course, developed in partnership with the Office of International Affairs (OIA) to provide virtual opportunities for global engagement.
