Restriction: Permission of UGST-Navy ROTC. Additional information: Priority enrollment will be given to students enrolled in the NROTC program. Introductory course designed to familiarize students with the theories, processes, and behaviors that enable effective leadership and managerial competence. Students will engage in analytical discussions, review leadership development and education, and Navy/Marine Corps-based case study discussions in order to develop their understanding of personal strengths, values and growth opportunities in the context of team, group and organizational leadership.
