PHYS483

Foundations of Biophysics

Examines experimental techniques, theories, and concepts from statistical physics, nonlinear dynamics, polymer physics, mechanics, fluid mechanics, and optics as they apply to molecular and cellular structure and function. Explores biophysical phenomena across multiple time, length, and energy scales, including cell movement, cellular sensing, and collective behavior.
