Zohreh Davoudi PHYS624 Expecting an A Anonymous 06/12/2025	I had the honor of taking QFT with Professor Davoudi in the fall. First of all, I will be transparent. QFT is a difficult subject, and it takes a lot of work to understand the material. As a result, Prof. Davoudi was very tough in the homework and the homeworks usually took at least 10 hours. However, in lecture she explains the material very clearly, and as a result I learned the material much faster than if I had self-studied. The course was tough but fair, and she hosted problem solving sessions for every homework, which were very helpful when I could not solve a homework problem. Moreover, she extended the homework deadline a couple of times when she felt that the homework for that week was particularly tough. She wanted us to come out of the course with a solid understanding of QFT, and she succeeded. I feel as though I am very prepared to tackle QFT problems in my research.
