Introduction to Public Policy Topics; Introduction to Climate Policy and Action

This is an introductory course that covers climate mitigation and adaptation policy and actions at both the national and international levels, and across different sectors. We will introduce concepts and skills relevant to mitigating climate change and building resilience to its impacts, based on foundational values of equity and justice. In addition, during the class students will participate in climate negotiation games, climate debates, and voting experiments.
