Contemporary Issues in Political Leadership and Participation; Leadership in the Information Age
Explores the role of leadership and performance management in public administration. This will include the examination of fundamental principles of performance measurement, the identification and application of different performance measurement techniques and strategies, and the evaluation of best practices within the field. The course will also explore the characteristics of effective, purpose-driven leadership.
