Alec Worsnop PLCY610 Expecting an A Anonymous 01/07/2024	I absolutely love this man!! He is incredibly kind, caring, and understanding. He gives extensions with basically no questions asked, always makes time for questions, never makes anyone feel dumb or unheard, and takes so much time and care to explain concepts. He makes the content digestible and has clear and reasonable expectations of his students. Amazing guy and a wonderful professor!
Alec Worsnop PLCY610 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/24/2023	Genuinely love this man so much‼️ He takes so much time to explain concepts, is incredibly forgiving with questions and misunderstandings, and is super chill and kind. He gives extensions basically so any reason/anyone who asks and always tries to make himself available for office hours. This being a stat class, he was very helpful with navigating R and setting reasonable expectations, especially because most people had no experience with R in the beginning. I highly recommend taking this (or any) class with him!
Alec Worsnop PLCY610 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/06/2023	Best Professor I’ve ever had. He takes a lot of time to give thoughtful and carefully crafted lectures. He demonstrates, every class, how sincerely he wants everyone to succeed. Discussion is actively encouraged and he never dismisses anyone or makes them feel uncomfortable when participating. He shares some of the questions and comments we leave on recorded lectures that he thinks are helpful or insightful, which is a great confidence boost. His assignments aren’t too difficult, but they also aren’t so simple that you feel like they’re a waste of time. Every aspect of this class has helped me learn the material and enhanced my education. I’ve taken statistics before and no other class has been this clear and applicable. I cannot recommend Professor Worsnop enough.
