Mark Croatti PLCY688G Expecting an A- Anonymous 10/03/2025	It's taken me a very long time to finish a degree that included this course at the headquarters of a national law enforcement agency within the executive branch, all the way out in Virginia, who I still work for. In fact, even though it's been almost 20 years, I just saw him back here earlier this summer with the latest batch of students. I'm glad to see that UMD continues to schedule classes like this at my agency. I think that overall it was a balanced approach in terms of how academic expectations and task management strategies were adequately correlated. At the time I took this class I think there was less of an emphasis on specific formatting styles and more of a focus on cause and effect, cost-benefit analyses, and best practices-based solutions. I recall the work load being on the light side when I would have preferred it to be more rigorous and there wasn't always a process for immediate feedback.
