Like said in another review, the lab was pretty scattered at first. The expectations of the long-term lab were not communicated clearly, and we did not get an official rubric until few weeks into the experiment. Once we got used to the lab, it wasn't too bad. He does push you to be a better scientist test. I did like the freedom of the long-term experiment. You organize and compile your data in ways you see fit. He provides feedback on that too. Overall, it could be a good lab if it was just organized better.

The lab is a bit all over the place. There's a long term experiment and mini experiments throughout the semester, along with quizzes. It's the professor's first semester teaching so that definitely is a factor in a lot of the confusion my classmates and I had. There's also a presentation assignment where you have to review a research article and present the information to the class. PLSC201+206 do require a bit of effort, but it's doable.
