Paul Hanges PSYC464 Expecting an A- Anonymous 11/11/2025	Super intriguing class and Dr. Hanges is such a nice man! I learn things in this class that I wouldn't be able to anywhere. However, it is very conceptual and dense so I would personally recommend it for students deeply interested in I-O psyc or leadership. Very little assignments or anything to submit really, the main grade of the class is the exams, which are 100 points and consist of multiple choice, short (paragraph) answers, and a long essay. He curves these! Lectures are very small with only around 20 students, so they are super interactive but he makes it comfortable to speak aloud and ask questions.
