Ali Abasi SLLC305 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 04/10/2026	I love this dude. Class is super easy but he has the most relaxing voice. Attendance is I think mandatory but you don't have to pay much attention. Not much work and no midterms. He's just so sweet and the class fullfills multiple gen eds I would highly recomend
Ali Abasi SLLC305 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 02/03/2026	I took SLLC305 in Spring 2025. I found the course concepts to be pretty interesting, but I thought his lectures were quite boring. I was dozing off in most classes except for the one(s) I had to present/participate in. There were no exams except for the final, which is relatively easy if you pay attention in class. He does take attendance, so you need to go to class, but I don't think he's very strict with participation in terms of raising your hand in class. Sometimes he calls on people randomly.
