Ariana Nash WGSS275 Anonymous 06/06/2024	One of my favorite professors at UMD. She seems to grade mainly based on effort, genuinely cares about her students, is intelligent, organized, and well-spoken, and offers constructive feedback on assignments. There is a lot of reading involved, but if you are actually interested in the course content and enjoy reading, most of it should interest you. Majority of the coursework is made up of the weekly 500-word reading responses, and there is a midterm paper, final paper, and participation grade as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this course and Ariana as a professor in general.
