Attendance and participation are graded. Very few opportunities for points. Say's "um" and "uh" very often during lectures. Stingy with lecture notes/materials. STAY AWAY |

Prof Chung is definitely nice and thoughtful and really committed to listening to everyone's thoughts and providing constructive feedback. The course itself is interesting and I learned a lot of things regarding Asian American history that I would've otherwise never known about for who knows how long? The only potential problem is that Prof Chung's way of delivering the information can be a bit boring at times - there's a lack of engagement with lectures (but this also could be due to the later time of the class making everything feel tiring). I would recommend him though! |

Dr. Park is a fantastic professor. He is more than knowledgeable of the course material. A student's question never went unanswered in his class. I learned a lot in this class, even as we shifted to online learning during the onset of the pandemic. He is a great lecturer, and really knows his stuff. I recommend him! |

Passionate and knowledgeable professor. His lecture slides are slightly disorganized and definitely could be improved, but the lectures themselves are interesting and thought-provoking. |
