Prerequisite: ANSC232; or permission of instructor. Recommended: ANSC212 and ANSC211. Credit only granted for: ANSC230 or ANSC330. Formerly: ANSC230. Scientific principles of horse behavior, anatomy, physiology, locomotion, nutrition, reproduction, growth, health and disease as applied to horses are emphasized. Students must pay a $50.00 laboratory materials fee.
