This class was interesting. It ran pretty long and the whole time, at least for the AI course. The first 5-6ish weeks were mostly case study projects where we researched and found examples of sustainable buildings and their systems, and most of class time was listening to other people present and his feedback. After that, it got very heavy into AI design development. Usually he would give you an image or you pick a site, and you have to use AI tools to edit and generate the designs he mentions. Classes for this were usually workshops where he would give you a prompt and you share the iterations in class or process presentations. It's basically a short, condensed studio class on AI architectural design. If you're passionate about the topic and willing to learn and listen, it's a good class, but it can be long, repetitive, and difficult to understand assignment briefs at times. He graded the first items almost after midterms and it was hard to appeal because it was so long ago, but most people get B+ to A-.
