James MacDonald AREC427 Anonymous 11/21/2024	He is a great professor! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject he teaches, which makes the class engaging. While he can be a bit of a stickler for attendance, it’s because he genuinely wants students to be present and succeed. The class itself is pretty manageable—his problem sets were not terrible, and there was only a term paper and final exam, which made it easier to keep track of the grading. He’s also very approachable and willing to help during office hours, and I appreciated how he encouraged students to ask questions. Overall, a solid class with a great professor who knows his stuff! Recommend as a higher level AREC course.
