Ali Faraji-Rad BMGT354 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/10/2024	The professor is really sweet and makes the content pretty interesting. Lots of discussions and participation is weighted pretty heavily. Quizzes are open note and open book online, so you don't really have to study. We'll see how he grades the final project but everything else has been fine! I would recommend taking him for this course! Pretty free
Joseph Reiff BMGT354 Expecting an A- Anonymous 12/06/2024	Solid professor and nice guy. Informative lectures and slides and he made classes pretty engaging. He has us work with groups a lot during class and do different activities to understand the concepts better. We had a few exams that were relatively difficult but you should be okay if you study. Participation is important as well.

He assigns readings that you should read to be successful. They were pretty interesting. There are a few reflections and learning checks which are a small percentage of your grade. There is a participation grade of 15%. There were two group projects, one of them being the final. There were two midterm exams worth 20% each. Not too hard but should study. He did have some fun days in class and we got to move around and talk to people.
Marjorie Bonavia BMGT354 Expecting an A- Anonymous 05/04/2024	Love Bonavia! In my opinion, she is one of the best professors at Smith. She cares about your learning and gives you many opportunities to apply the concepts we learn in this class. I liked that there were no exams but weekly quizzes instead. She also facilitates each week and takes attendance for extra points, which I also appreciate. She is very knowledgeable in the marketing field and, overall, is just an entertaining lecturer.
