Joseph Drasin BMGT403 Expecting a B+ Anonymous 12/27/2023	Any class that heavily relies on teammates for a grade is bad
Joseph Drasin BMGT403 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/22/2023	Our class was from 7:00-9:40pm once a week. Thankfully, he never took the whole time. Most of the time, class was between 1-2 hours long. There were two exams (non-cumulative) and you got one double-sided note sheet for both. Both of the exams were really straightforward. We had the option of picking our groups or having him choose. VERY generous grader. He understood our assignments were challenging, so he curved all of them. When we had major assignments, we would have the option of submitting drafts and getting feedback a week before the due date. He is also super responsive and will provide feedback additional if you ask.
Hassan Ibrahim BMGT403 Expecting an A Anonymous 05/08/2023	Really enjoy the guy. The lectures can be a bit dull (because the material itself is pretty dull), and he wants you to engage during his presentations, so he'll pick on people to answer class questions, and he'll poke fun from time to time but he's a funny dude. Make sure your group in this class is quality, as the course centers around a semester-long consulting project. The project is very comprehensive in nature and it's not one of those things you can just "wing". But, he made himself available time after time to go through class topics for each group which was greatly appreciated.
Hassan Ibrahim BMGT403 Anonymous 12/15/2022	Overall a professor that is really fun to be around but also is fairly chilled. The class is mostly project based so you dont have to show up to many lectures but the exams are spit back(study the slides really well) but not too easy. Choose a good team and it will be a very chilled course. He is so nice.

The course is essentially a one-semester long consulting project where you build an information system for a client, and he gives very good feedback on your work after your presentations. I found his grading to be fairly lenient, and he understands that this is probably the first time we've been engaged in such a comprehensive project.

John Sammarco BMGT403 Anonymous 02/06/2019	Interested in incorporated face to face business/workplace interaction into a technologically focused class (Information Systems). Is also genuinely excited to be teaching a course at Maryland.
Hassan Ibrahim BMGT403 Anonymous 12/17/2015	Pretty good professor. His lectures aren't the most interesting but there not completely boring either. The class basically has two components, the exams and the group project. The exams are not terrible, as long as you study the slides he gives, you'll get a good grade on those. The project isn't overly difficult but it requires ALOT of time and dedication. You have to consistently meet with your team to get the work done. And hes pretty particular about what he wants in the project. But if you listen to his suggestions, you will get a good grade. Overall, not an overly difficult class but you have to be heavily involved throughout the semester.
Hassan Ibrahim BMGT403 Expecting an A- Anonymous 11/06/2014	I really enjoy his style of teaching. He is much more engaging than the other IS teachers, even if the stuff he has to teach isn't all that interesting. He does call out people in class for not paying attention, but that is because he knows how distracting it can be when the person in front of you is playing a game on their computer. For the group projects, he will be very nitpicky with you to make sure you did your research, but as long as you make the necessary adjustments you still get a good grade. His tests are really easy as well. As long as you study the slides that he prints out for you for each chapter, you'll be fine!
