Nicole Mogul CPSS220 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/15/2025	Only reason she gets 1.5 star is because she cares about her students. She obviously has favorites in class so if you are one of them then you are chilling. She constantly tries to push her political agenda which is the most annoying thing ever. STS isn't supposed to be about politics. This is not the program that I signed up for and she is the extremely biased to those who share the same view as her to her extreme levels. I, personally, share the same values but nowhere near her extreme levels and I at least hear other perspectives. So be prepared for that. Additionally, some of her assignments are the WORST THINGS EVER. THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH NOTHING. LITERAL WASTE OF TIME. only reason i took is because cpss225 wasn't taught by kuan (my goat 😢). i came into this class thinking mogul was overhated from my experience with her in earlier classes and am leaving with the confirmed thought that she deserves the hate.
Nicole Mogul CPSS220 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/24/2021	These reviews make her seem like a terrible person but that is simply not the case. She genuinely cares about her students and is very nice/funny. She likes to bring people out of their comfort zone and super into mindfulness. She ran this class with a thing called the Grading Contract. Which essentially says, you will get an A if you make an attempt at every assignment. Very easy A class, in class she always does some fun or quirky activities, which is nice cause i feel like those tend to be very rare in college classes. Sometimes the assignments felt really dumb or like busy work but I honestly didn't need to spend too much time in the class cause i knew i was gonna get an A with the contract. She also does care about the content of the course. Overall not a bad course to fulfill the Practicum with.
