ENAE788E

Selected Topics in Aerospace Engineering; Electro-Mechanical System Modeling

Prerequisite: ENAE423 or equivalent. Restriction: Must be in Aerospace Engineering program. Credit only granted for ENAE488E or ENAE788E. Analysis techniques for simulating resonances and impedances in systems that couple physical interactions electrical, mechanical, magnetic and piezoelectric domains. Analysis applied to modeling the electro-magneto-mechano-acoustic domain interactions in traditional loud speaker designs, and can be extended to design of sensors, energy harvesters and actuators.
