Linda Coleman ENGL281 Anonymous 05/10/2011	Professor Coleman is a kind woman, but her teaching style is bizarre. Emails would fly out throughout the week saying that homework assignments were due Thursday by 12PM, Saturday by 1PM, and various other times. Assignments were sporadic, and we had to purchase MyCompLab when we were only required to use it 3 or 4 times. Homework is weighed too heavily, and that was the reason why so many students in my class had Cs and below mid-semester. Homework grades are not reflective of the efforts that you put into the class, therefore you need to work much harder than you feel you need to in order to do well in this class. Although she was a nice professor, I found her to be almost cold in personal interactions. I would not take another course with her.
