Kuishuang Feng GEOG431 Expecting an A- Anonymous 05/14/2023	Dr. Feng is very dry and boring, and the assignments in this course feel like busy work. Although there were occasionally interesting lectures, the majority are not as exciting as I would've hoped from the course title. The class is relatively easy but I personally wouldn't recommend it. However, Dr. Feng is fairly compassionate towards his students and allows for one "token" to be used during the semester. The token can be used for a missing discussion or turning in an assignment late, in which any penalty will be dropped. This is a fair rule and he is generally kind.
Martha Geores GEOG431 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/07/2010	Avoid GEOG431 if you can, it's really not the best class. Dr. Geores can't figure out how to use technology, so she won't grade anything that involves Blackboard until the end of the semester (which is basically everything but the midterm). Her powerpoints are embarrassingly bad, and most of the movies we watched in class put me to sleep. There's usually no point to her "lectures." However, she will help you if you show initiative. It's not a hard class, just kinda a waste of time/effort.
