Applied Contextual Leadership; Peer Facilitation in the Fraternity and Sorority Community

Social norms are co-created by peers within a community and addressing cultural issues like power-based violence requires community trust, engagement, and commitment to change. Learners will engage with readings to develop a broad understanding of sexual assault on college campuses and within the Fraternity and Sorority community as well as theories of leadership and communication that provide context to be able to effectively facilitate group conversations by cultivating trust, creativity, and engagement.
