In consultation with the site administrators, and with reference to the stated vision to establish the Cremona property as both an environmental and historical preserve and educational facility, students will work as a team to prepare a draft preservation plan. The scope of work will include gathering together the existing property records, inventorying and assessing the condition of the structures and landscape features, conducting interview with stakeholders, carrying out original research as needed, documenting those results, and drafting the plan.
