Expecting an A

I took The Civil Rights Movement with her and it is safe to say she was not the best professor. For one, her exams are incredibly awful in terms of structure and logistics. You are given about an hour to complete ridiculously long exams that should have had less questions or allocated more time. The questions were IDs, short essays, and a long essay at the end. Not only that, but you had to submit the exam on time meaning that you had even less time to finish the exam because you needed to spare a few minutes to submitting it onto canvas. Even if you managed to get the exam in, you're unlikely to get a good grade from it. Why? She's an *extremely* strict grader. Even if you wrote a massive paragraph for the ID questions, you'll still lose points because she's expecting for absolutely everything imaginable to be written on that specific ID. Beyond the exams, she require attendance and participation because it is all graded. Her assignments are a bit annoying too, and her final project was ridiculous. You needed to physically go to a museum in D.C. and head to all of the specified exhibits. Your final project will likely be 20+ pages by the time you're done. Good luck with this class.
