Julie Taddeo HIST429A Expecting an A Anonymous 01/07/2025	Professor Taddeo has become one of my favorite professors at UMD. I took her class in my junior year with not a lot of deep knowledge of British history, and I absolutely loved it. I have now taken multiple classes of hers simply because of her teaching. Her passion for the subject makes every class fascinating. You will be hard-pressed to find another professor who cares so deeply for her students. She is extremely understanding when it comes to extensions, and she is super supportive! If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend taking her class.
Julie Taddeo HIST429A Expecting an A Anonymous 12/13/2023	Professor Taddeo is absolutely brilliant! Her lectures are incredibly engaging and relevant. The course is definitely manageable with weekly readings, and she does provide an opportunity for extra credit through discussion boards. The main assignments are three essays throughout the semester, and she is very clear about her expectations. Don't be afraid to ask questions in class, it's obvious that she really cares about her students and the material that she is teaching. Definitely take her courses if you ever have the chance, I cannot recommend her enough!
