Very engaging. The lectures were fun and informative, and she had a lot of patience and wonderful feedback for my essays. Definitely recommend this class/professor if you have an interest in British history or need to meet course requirements. Would take another class with her again. |

Professor Taddeo is an excellent lecturer, she's so passionate about what she's teaching and I greatly enjoyed her class. I always liked British history and this class was so much fun. We were given ample time to complete essays, they were graded quickly and fairly, and Professor Taddeo left lots of constructive feedback on them. Overall I had a great experience and would take one of her classes again. |

Professor Taddeo is absolutely brilliant! Her lectures are incredibly engaging and relevant. The course is definitely manageable with weekly readings, and she does provide an opportunity for extra credit through discussion boards. The main assignments are three essays throughout the semester, and she is very clear about her expectations. Don't be afraid to ask questions in class, it's obvious that she really cares about her students and the material that she is teaching. Definitely take her courses if you ever have the chance, I cannot recommend her enough! |

I had Professor Taddeo for HIST236 and can gladly say I loved the class. She's a great lecturer and you can clearly tell she's passionate about the subject. She's very flexible with deadlines and is always willing to answer questions. She's incredibly fast when it comes to grading, I'm talking within a day or two after the deadline. Although, the deadlines are mainly Fridays so it's over the weekend, it may take a little longer if the due date is a week day. The course overall is divided into four main essays, an optional extra credit essay, and the final essay. She's a reasonable grader and offers good feedback on all of the assignments. Would recommend taking this class! |

She's amazing. Harsh grader but she only wants the best for you and for you to improve. She's such a great lecturer and so engaging, she really makes you want to learn more about British pop culture. You're also guaranteed an extension if you ask her because she's so understanding about it. Loved this class! |

One of my favorite professors. She keeps lectures very fun and interesting, and I feel like I left the class with knowledge that (oddly enough) has been relevant in other classes I've taken, as well as just life in general. She is a fair grader and can also be very understanding if you need an extension. |

She provides a lot of feedback on assignments and is a very fair grader, which shows that she cares about her students. I would definitely take one of her classes again. |

I don't know why anyone said this class is good. The lectures are long and boring, the class content does not apply to the assessments, and the assessments are graded ridiculously hard. I would only recommend this class if you really like the topic or if you really need to take it, but it is so annoying. The only good thing about it is that there aren't a lot of assignments, but it kind of sucks for your grade because there isn't much you can do to bring it up after she grades the papers so roughly. Avoid, avoid, avoid! |

I LOVE Professor Taddeo. She is so passionate about what she teaches and makes her classes engaging. She is really funny and clearly knows what she is talking about. When the pandemic hit she was by far the most understanding about it and modified almost all of our assignments to fit the new climate. She does a good job at balancing readings with fun videos and her assignments really allow for students to be creative. I learned so much in my British pop culture class and I highly recommend it to everyone. |

HIST236 Expecting a B Anonymous 09/23/2012 |
I loved Professor Taddeo. She is funny in class and makes her lectures interesting. The in-class essays are pretty easy as long as you do a majority of the reading, and her exams are right from lectures. As long as you pay attention and put in some effort this class is pretty easy and really interesting. |

Personally I love British History, so this class was defiantly for me. Professor Taddeo definitely has a passion for what she teaches and if you do the readings you should honestly be fine. Her exams are almost directly from her lecture along with the in class papers. If I had just worked a little hard I would have gotten A, it is not impossible. The class was well run, a lot of relevant information and fair grader. |
